involy is a product of ThinkOpen Inc., a Los Angeles software and cybersecurity firm founded in 2020. We are a small, experienced team — the kind where everyone owns outcomes end-to-end and nobody waits for a committee to make a decision.
We ship weekly. We write code that will be maintained by humans. We design interfaces that reduce anxiety, not add dashboards. We treat security as a first-class engineering concern — because we are a cybersecurity firm, and our bar for "secure enough" is higher than most.
We are LA-based and remote-friendly. Most collaboration happens async. We do not value presence — we value outcomes. If you do your best work at 6am or 10pm, that is fine with us.
